We are excited to be adding a new member to our team who will become our Talent Coordinator and will help us build the HR function in our company, as well as solidify our organizational culture. Minimum Hard Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Professional use of English in spoken and written
Experience in recruiting would be an advantage but not essential
Very good organization of work and ability to quickly adapt priorities to business requirements
Experience using a modern ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools/social media to approach the local talent market would be a plus
Minimum Soft Qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Positive, high energy individual that is passionate about working with people, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, and dynamic work environment
An open-minded person with a growth mindset
Strong leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team
Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously
About the role
Put the foundation of the HR function in our company
Work with company management in planning activities to determine hiring needs and recruiting strategies
Develop and implement A to Z recruitment and people strategy in our company
Be familiar with the IT market and trends, technologies, terms, and projects.
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding
Identify top-tier talent in the local market using various tools, platforms, and other social networks
Keep in regular touch with our existing team, to ensure everyone is happy at work
Drive impactful strategic brand communication centered on increasing Oneest's profile and visibility
Remuneration and benefits
