Store Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Organizing and planning all stages of opening a new store immediately after signing the contract;
Analyzing the dimensions ︁and layout of the store to create an optimal product placement scheme;
Developing a merchandising concept that aligns with the brand and includes recommendations for product displays;
Creating and managing project budgets, controlling expenses;
Interacting with contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications;
Conducting regular inspections and monitoring the quality of work performed by contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards;
Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the work process and coordinating changes with management;
Preparing progress reports on project execution for management;
Analyzing the success of the store opening and identifying potential improvements for future projects.

Requirements:

Higher education in economics, management, or related fields;
Knowledge of English, Russian/Ukrainian languages;
At least 2 years of experience in retail or project management;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
Ability to work in a multitasking environment and manage time effectively.
