We are looking for a high-performing IT Sales Director to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximising our companyʼs sales potential, crafting and implementing sales plans while identifying emerging markets.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales executives, and ensuring that sales efforts align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and effectively execute sales and growth plans in alignment with the company's commercial strategy;
- Manage and achieve the sales portfolio according to established targets and business directions approved by company’s executive directors;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
- Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals and tender bids;
- Create and maintain regular, clear reports for the company's executive directors to communicate, KPI metrics, key objectives and results;
- Prepare and oversee sales budgets in terms of sales and revenue growth and expenses;
- Manage, grow and develop Atomate’s referral partnership programme;
- Ability to travel internationally to participate in various events.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong commercial background with proven sales experience;
- Ability to work under pressure in potential emergency situations;
- Excellent time management and self discipline required. Highly organised, efficient, with excellent communication and follow-up skills;
- Proactive in sales negotiations;
- Possess drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus;
- Strong phone sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- Ability and willingness to deal directly with decision makers from various businesses;
- Fluent in English is a must. Other European languages (German, French) are an advantage;
- Show consistent professionalism and good judgement;
- Any domain or IT experience in procurement, sourcing or sales contracting will be an advantage;
- Able to travel internationally and domestically;
Education
University/Academic background preferred;
