HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Recruiter in Moldova

Company Overview: A great international company that will open within the automotive production, company size 500-700 employees.

Recruiter (manufacturing)

Duties and responsibilities:
• Execute recruiting strategy and flex with evolving business needs (preferably production)
• Develops sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as job posting, data mining of the Internet, on-line databases, social media, employee referrals, networking, career fairs
• Maintains a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and maintain knowledge of the assigned business unit in order to fulfill staffing needs within specified parameters and timeframe while making necessary updates to job descriptions
• Screen and pre-qualify applicants for interviews
• Initiate, schedule, and conduct interviews with applicants
• Generate hiring activity reports as required
• Design and implement customized and/or niche hiring events
• Other HR assignments

Job requirements:
• Experience in recruiting, at least 2 years, preferably from production industry
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English)
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Genuine customer service orientation with an ability to meet expectations of candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Business travel in Romania and Moldova
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
