- Working Hours: 3 PM – 12 AM (Moldova time)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and dispatch open deck loads (flatbed, stepdeck, conestoga) efficiently
- Maintain strong communication with drivers and customers
- Use load boards and build relationships with brokers
- Solve issues on the go and keep operations running smoothly
- Track loads and ensure timely pickups and deliveries

Requirements:
- Advanced English – written and spoken
- Previous experience in open deck dispatching (min 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work from 3 PM to 12 AM (Moldova time)
