Open Deck Dispatcher (U.S. Market)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dispatch open deck trucks (flatbed, step deck, flatbed conestoga)
- Book profitable loads through brokers or direct shippers
- Plan routes, reduce deadhead, and optimize truck schedules
- Communicate with drivers and provide daily support
- Track performance and hit weekly revenue targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience dispatching open deck equipment
- Strong knowledge of market rates, lanes, and broker negotiation
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Russian/Spanish a plus)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Solution-oriented and able to handle pressure calmly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
