Logistic specialist

Ultra Fog is hiring a Logistics specialist for the branch in Chisinau.
The future employee will have to agree to diligent and careful work, in particular:

Preparing the time schedule of the Service Engineers
Ensure that Service Engineers receive all the necessary information and documentation in order that they can carry out their work properly.
To arrange delivery of spare parts directly to the Customer
Coordination of travel logistics.
Preparation of necessary documents for travel/work.

Preparation of all documents required for entry to customer premises:

Coordination of the delivery of materials for various projects.
Contact with the transportation company.
Cooperation with other group companies.
Knowledge of the English is mandatory
