Duties and responsibilities:
- Setup, coordinate and manage recruitment positions within the company
- Organize new employee onboarding, orientation, adaptation and training
- Development of teams
- Analyzing training needs and adapting and executing the group training and development programs
- Transmitting the Group’s values and culture in people management.
- Budgeting and analysis of personnel costs

This job might be for you if:
- University degree
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset
- MS Office (MS Excel): advanced level
