Financial Planning Analyst

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Financial Planning Analyst in our Finance Operations Department to work with the International Partners.
The role will work closely with the CFO and play a crucial part in maintaining and updating financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable processes, and preparing financial reports and statements. The role’s insights will be essential in enabling senior management to make timely and fact-based decisions.
what you will be doing:
Accounting

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Maintain financial databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans
Monitor budget performance and prepare variance reports

Financial Reporting

Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management

Financial Analysis

Collect, organize, and interpret complex financial data from various sources
Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends and financial performance gaps

Cost Analysis

Perform cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
Evaluate cost structures and analyze cost-effectiveness of business operations

what we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in English
Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
3-5 years of experience as an Accountant or Finance Analyst
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis
Ability to explain complex financial information to senior management and/or non-financial stakeholders
Confidence to ask questions and challenge existing processes
