Call Centre Operator – Freight Brokerage (USA & Canada Market)
Location: Botanica, Office-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
We’re looking for motivated and driven individuals who:
Speak and write fluent English
Have excellent phone and email communication skills
Are confident in reaching out to new prospects and building relationships
Are proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to hit performance goals
Are comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and online tools to manage daily outreach
Work well independently but also collaborate easily with a close-knit team
Have a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and keep going
What you’ll do:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
Send cold emails and follow-ups to nurture leads and build interest
Research the U.S. and Canadian freight market to find new prospects
Qualify leads based on criteria and help prepare the sales pipeline
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and communication
Track your performance and consistently hit call and lead generation targets
Adapt to shifting time zones, communicating with prospects across North America
