Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining server-side applications, databases, and APIs. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

- Server-Side Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications and services, particularly using PHP.
- API Development and Integration: Build and maintain APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end applications and back-end services.
- Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
- Code Optimization: Continuously improve codebase quality, efficiency, and performance through refactoring and optimization techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products and features.
- Security Implementation: Implement best practices for data protection, authentication, and authorization to safeguard sensitive information.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of server-side applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, APIs, and database schemas for future reference and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PHP: Extensive experience in developing server-side applications using PHP.
- Proficiency in other server-side languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Certification in relevant programming languages or cloud platforms.
