ABOUT THE JOB
You will assist the CEO of our company in different areas.It's your job to bring some structure, to have the overview over deadlines and to make sure that the tasks will be done until deadlines. you do different marketing and elearning tasks. It’s your duty to make sure that solutions are working fine before they are delivered to the client.

Virtual Reality Learning is a small international company (6 people from Ukraine, Moldova, Switzerland and Germany), active in the Virtual Reality sector. Our Goal is to bring driver education to the metaverse, so that people, especially from western countries where the driver education is very expensive, can save a lot of money with our tool.
In the past we realized different projects for our clients. e.g., a quiz platform for driving teachers (like kahoot.com), 360degree application for hazard perception, a virtual reality bycicle (hardware + software), a VR driving simulator (Hardware + Software).

Our mission is to become the world’s leading digital provider of driver training.

We were voted among the top 25 Swiss startups and financially supported. Our virtual reality driving simulators have been mentioned in various newspapers in Switzerland, Germany and Austria and are used by various customers throughout Switzerland.

Higher Education, smart person
Self organized
Absolute reliability
Anticipate and solve problems
Good english skills (german skills would be a plus)
10-finger system (can also be learned)
very good IT skills
willingness to dive into new topics
Working during the day (9−17.30h or 10−18.30h)
Work conditions: remote work (or in Chisinau office)

Personnel management
Check physical presence of employees
Daily status update of employees and freelancers: check what has been done, what is still to do. Every day short talk 1−2 min each: which are the priorities — eugen checks
plan the next tasks with the employees
Project Management
check the tasks, what is the status
call freelancers/coworkers to check what their status is, making deadlines (and sometimes also make some pressure if they do not progress… but most are working very fine)
Try to not over-assign tasks. E.g. if workload will be 40 hours to complete the task for client X, we should have a margin of 30% if some unexpected stuff will happen
Overview over tasks
Every day at the end of the day assign the 8h to projects and tasks, check what has been done
Anticipate potential problems, potential delays due to holidays, special official celebration days
Check that backups and project documentation are done by our employees
Communication with clients
If i deadlines cannot be met, check for a solution with the developers and inform clients or responsible internal person
E-Learning and Deep Learning Work
Prepare E-Learning Lessons for our Virtual Reality Driving Simulator (in cooperation with our driving teacher partners)
Marketing
doing market research: research potential clients on LinkedIn and other places
Preparing application to tenders
Prepare & Adapt E-Mails and Phone call documents
Update Websites (with a simple CMS)
doing copywriting (nach Vorgaben), Link Building according to specifications
organizing people like SEO specialists, call center guys
Quality Check
making tests from user perspective, to be sure that everything is fine
Administration
buying/organizing different stuff for the company
doing administration tasks/coordination with bookkeeper, supporting him
organize small events for our employees: Paid Gaming time, training time
make sure that all people are informed about all the stuff
structure the informations so that they are accessible by all of our employees
make sure that all people make backup of their work on a weekly base
