Mission:
The Sr. Human Resources Manager is a pivotal position responsible for leading implementation and scaling of local (MD) Human Resource systems, processes, policies, and programs with heavy emphasis on Talent Management that result in fully engaged employees, strong managers and leaders, performance excellence, and a best-in-class workplace culture.
Professional Experience/Background:
BS/MS preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline.
HR certification is a plus.
7+ yrs. of HR experience (or similar functions), with at least 4+ yrs. of senior level experience in HR management.
Demonstrated strategic agility, business acumen, and a strong track record of achieving expected results.
Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and present thoughts clearly and concisely to senior leaders and executives as it relates to talent management initiatives. - -Proven track record in initiating and driving programs that move the organizational needle and are identified as a value add to the organization by key stakeholders.
Proven record of accomplishment of successful experience working across a complex, high growth organization and with other business partners.
Experience leading HR in high growth organizations in Moldova, ideally in a financial institution.
Strong business acumen in broad Human Resources deliverables. Strong focus on leadership and management development, L&D, employee engagement, and leading high performing teams is highly desired.
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, reflecting a desire and ability to connect with others in authentic and meaningful ways.
Demonstrated proficiency in successfully setting strategy as well as designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating Talent Management organizational processes, programs, and approaches.
Strong OD, culture change, and change management skills.
Drive communications to integrate talent management activities and processes with Company business plan cycles.
Willingness to “roll-up your sleeves” and lead by example.
Fluency in Romanian, Russian language and English requirement level – B2.
