SAP HR Business Analyst (Payroll)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Time & Payroll configuration team by analyzing and addressing anomalies, as well as designing and creating user stories.
Main Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops with the business to gather requirements and refine solutions.
Analyze, design, and create User Stories and their acceptance criteria, leveraging your expertise in payroll and time management.
Perform unit and non-regression testing during the deployment of new releases.

Offer operational support for production products, including:

Analyzing reported anomalies and investigating with the team to resolve issues.
Contacting the business line for resolution or additional information if needed.
Participating in regular meetings with all participants working on the same technical scope (as defined in the specifications).
Deliverables include the design and implementation documentation for user stories, using JIRA and maintaining updated project and maintenance documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

Functional expertise in human resources.
Technical knowledge of SAP HR, specifically in payroll. Essential skills include familiarity with key infotypes related to administrative and payroll management, the ability to produce payslips and calculate payroll, and strong expertise in customizing payroll management, including tables and schemas.
Functional understanding of non-Anglo-Saxon European payroll systems.
3 to 5 years of experience in analysis within a complex IT environment.
Fluency in French is highly desirable.
