Road service assistant

USA Car Hauling Trucking Company, CRC Transport, is currently looking for a Road Service Assistant to join our team in Chișinău. This is an on-site position, ideal for someone who is responsible, organized, and quick-thinking when it comes to solving road-related issues.

Work Schedule:
Saturday to Wednesday
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Chișinău time)
Days off: Thursday & Friday
On-site work from our Chișinău office

Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English, Russian, and Romanian
- Solid understanding of trucking equipment and road service tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident with MS Office and Google Suite
- Able to work under pressure and manage emergency situations efficiently

Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time road service assistance (towing, jump-starts, flat tires, etc.)
- Quickly identify and propose solutions for vehicle issues
- Make cost-effective decisions for each case
- Accurately record and report incidents
- Ensure continuous and professional communication with drivers and service providers
