Position Description
Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner
About the Firm
A Corporate services, Tax and Accountancy firm based in Malta (Europe) with a small team of qualified professionals established ten years ago. The Client base is multinational, with strong use of email (in English) as main form of daily communication.
About the Position
The Personal Assistant would be assisting the Managing Partner in their day to day work, in all fields from administration to corporate services and due diligence.
The ideal person would be professional, reliable and hard working, looking to have a successful career in a busy professional office.
Duties include:
i. Due diligence and onboarding related work in direct communication with the new Clients and the Managing Partner
ii. Assisting the Managing Partner with Corporate services related work
iii. Handling requests and queries
iv. Provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner
v. Maintaining databases and keeping records
vi. Managing internal and external correspondence
Ideal Background of the Personal Assistant:
i. Degree level of education
ii. Proven Professional office work experience
iii. Looking to relocate to Malta (Europe)
Skills Required:
i. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
ii. MS Office proficiency (MS office, MS excel, MS word)
iii. Great interpersonal skills
iv. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
v. Highly organised person with excellent Time management skills
vi. Ability to Multitask and prioritize work
vii. A quick learner with a keen interest to learn new skills and improve every day
