Job Description:
Office Manager/HR will be responsible for leading the office staff (consisting of developers, designers, business analysts, QA analysts and team leads) to achieve the established corporate goals and objectives, meet required quality standards and to ensure that proper processes and procedures are implemented in the office and are followed by the employees, while creating and maintaining a culture of creatively, openness, mutual respect and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, develop and motivate staff members
• Manage day to day operations of all positions managed
• Ensure all office positions meet company standards
• Ensure performance is within company standards
• Provide regular reports to the senior management of the company
• Make travel arrangements for the senior management of the company (example: vehicle reservations, airport transfer, trip and itinerary planning)
• Organize corporate team events and team building exercises including holiday parties
• Provide direction to team regarding administrative duties and goals
• Employee scheduling, time and attendance management
• Lead team to meet or exceed facility goals
• Monitor office supplies inventory and purchase as needed
• Conduct performance reviews according to company schedules
• Plan and lead meetings per company standards
• Handle employee/customer service issues
• Establish relationships with Belarus educational institutions for sourcing interns and junior candidates
• Work closely with partner legal, accounting, payroll and HR firms
• Other duties as assigned confidential
Skills and Requirements:
• Advanced written and spoken English (B2 or higher), this position will require daily communication with the US counterpart via voice and messaging system
• Ability to work well in the distributed multi-cultural team environment
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
• Two (2) years office management or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to hire, train and develop employees
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage expenses with basic accounting and inventory management skills
• Conflict management skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Any experience in Automotive, FinTech or InsurTech industries is a plus
• Understanding of Agile development life cycle is a plus
• Proactive team player qualities.
