Job Description
Responsibilities:

Gather input from stakeholders on current, intended, and potential use of Atlassian and related tools
Administer multiple projects in workflows, permission schemes and issue configurations context
Plug-in integration and customization with other tools to streamline day-to-day use
Configure projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and permissions for current and future use
Customers support

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in the administration of Atlassian products (JIRA Software, JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk)
Knowledge of JIRA administrative configuration and their impact on instance performance and usability
Experience in JIRA configuration (Screens, Fields, Workflow, Permissions Schemes, etc.)
English B1+, fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian

It will be a plus:

Experience in Scriptrunner for JIRA
Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA API
Knowledge of Atlassian DB (writing SQL queries)
GitLab
Automation rules
Groovy scripting
