Intensivist - ICU and emergency specialist

We are looking for a Intensivist - ICU and Emergency Specialist
for an open position at our facility at Ares Centre of Excellence in partner with International Maritime Hospital, Accra, Ghana.

Basic Benefits
1. Annual Basic salary of $ 36,000 ( after you obtain the Ghana License from the Medical and Dental Council ).
a. The initial 3 – 4 months before the license you will receive $ 2,500 as basic salary.
Note : The basic salary cover all the clinical job (40 h / week) according with the Ghana Low inclusive all the emergency attendance 24/7 for Ares and all the subsidiary hospitals or clinic form the group
2. Additional payments:
a. Extra pay for each patient per each day . $ 15.00
b. Any extra consult out of the unit u will receive 33% of the consult income

2. Accomadation expenses allowance ( maximum of $ 200 usd / month )
3. Flight ticket, one times per 12 working month ( year)
4. Paid vacation – 30 calendary days per 12 working months. 15 day max at a time.
5. Full working license cover (Exam)
Working frame
1. 1. The doctor will work at ARES Facility at International Maritime Hospital (IMaH) and/or at any ARES subsidiary hospitals as required.
2. The doctor will be equipped with all the knowledge required to operate in the country, working together with the heads of the relevant medical departments in the hospitals in Ghana.
3. The doctor will be given the opportunity to grow professionally in his field, as part of conferences and/or lectures, as well as gain additional experience within the local medical system.
4. Working hours consist of 40 hours per week.
5. Availability of 24/7 for emergency cases.

We have also doctors from Romania. The doctor that will hold the interview works for more than 6 years with us, but he lives in Ghana for 12 years.
